The key components of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission include, a Health
ID for every citizen that will also work as their Health Account , to
which personal health records
can be linked and viewed with the help of a mobile application It will enable access and exchange of longitudinal health records of citizens with their consent The new program will help create interoperability within the digital
health eco-system , similar to the role played by the Unified Payments
Interface , in revolutionizing payments It will also help ensure security , confidentiality and privacy
of health-related personal information |

consist of : # 50 crore poor beneficiaries # All Medical Practitioners of India ( ( Allopathic - Ayurvedic – Homeopathic ) # All Medical Shops of India including E– Pharmacies # All Nursing Homes / Hospitals / Diagnostic Centres / Health Centres # All Pharma Companies # All India Medical Association # All India Organization of Chemists and Druggists ( AIOCD ) General of India # All Medical Colleges / Medical Research Centres # Any other entity which I might have

Healthcare Professionals Registry ( HPR ) and Healthcare
Facilities Registry ( HFR ), will act as a repository of all healthcare providers across both modern and
traditional systems of medicine Ø It will ensure ease of doing business for doctors
and hospitals and healthcare service providers |

Technology
: The Ayushman Eco System shall be built around the BLOCK-CHAIN technology , which will be the main operating system for implementation of the AYUSHMAN PROCESSES , described in my following earlier blogs ( sent as emails to Cabinet Ministers / Niti Aayog ) PROCESS :
