Stubble Blame Game

 

Dear Supreme Court,

 

Even as I send this mail, you will be hearing what Govt Officers are telling you :  I am innocent ? Other guys are to be blamed :

 

In the meantime :

 

Ø   Thousands of Delhi-ites will die due to air pollution ( mostly  vulnerable – and poor – Children and Aged )

Ø  Blame game will continue

Ø  Another 13 Indian Cities will continue to suffer the fate of Delhi

What we urgently need is :

 

Needed : a Service Liability Act [ 12 June 2019 ]

 

 

As usual ( for past several years ) :

> Air Quality in Delhi has dropped to HAZARDOUS levels

> Delhi Govt is blaming the CENTRE - and vice versa

> Everyone is blaming farmers of Punjab-Haryana

> Supreme Court keeps demanding explanations from all
