Thank You , Shri Pradhan : Hybrid Model is already here

Dear Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji,

Subject: Streamlining NEET Security: Hybrid Exam Model Ready to Deploy

I recently came across the news in TOI about the Radhakrishnan Committee’s proposal to adopt a hybrid model for NEET-UG to reduce paper leaks. This model involves digitally transmitting question papers to exam centers while recording responses on paper—a practical and balanced solution to the challenges of fully Computer-Based Testing (CBT).

I am pleased to share that this innovative hybrid approach is already implemented on my platform, www.My-Teacher.in, which is currently being used by teachers across India.

Instead of “reinventing the wheel,” NTA can adopt this proven solution for seamless implementation. Here’s how it can work:

Step-by-Step Implementation Framework

1.     Exam Hall Setup :

o    Install a LAN-connected Desktop + Printer for every hall (50 students per hall).

o    Place a biometric recognition device (Face + Fingerprint + Voice Print) at the hall entrance, integrated with NTA’s central server.

2.     Biometric Checks & Surveillance :

o    Students, invigilators, and “Printing Operators” gain entry after biometric authentication.

o    CCTV cameras monitor activity inside and outside, streaming live feeds to NTA's Command Center.

3.     Secure Paper Generation :

o    At 8:45 AM, three "Exam Paper Generators" at NTA HQ generate unique question papers using www.My-Teacher.in.

o    An Exam Superintendent randomly selects one paper to email to a secure NTA group (e.g., neetug25@nta.org.in) comprising 4,750 Printing Operators nationwide.

4.     On-Site Printing & Distribution:

o    Printing Operators print the papers and hand them to invigilators by 8:50 AM.

o    Printing software ensures strict limits on the number of copies and prevents unauthorized forwarding.

This process ensures:

  • Minimal human handling of question papers.
  • Enhanced security through biometrics and live surveillance.
  • A cost-effective and scalable solution.

Try It Yourself:

To validate the capabilities of www.My-Teacher.in, I invite you to:

1.     Generate a Test Paper using your mobile phone.

2.     Email the PDF to Education Ministers of a few BJP-controlled states.

This hands-on experience will demonstrate how the platform can revolutionize NEET's examination process.

News Reference

Extract from TOI (23 Nov 2024):

Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan has indicated NEET-UG’s likely transition to Computer-Based Testing (CBT) in consultation with the Radhakrishnan Committee, which has recommended a hybrid model to reduce exam vulnerabilities.

I look forward to your feedback on this proposal and am happy to assist with a demonstration of the platform.

Warm regards,
