Launching "NaMo.ai" as a Proactive Governance Engine for India

Respected Prime Minister Shri Modiji,
I am writing to you today with a sense of urgency and opportunity, following the
recent development in Malaysia where Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has officially
launched PMX.AI, an AI-powered virtual avatar. This development marks a
significant global shift toward using "digital twins" of national leaders for direct
public engagement.
For the past three years, I have been humbly requesting your office to launch
www.NaMo.ai, a platform that would allow our citizens to interact with your
digital persona 24x365. While the Malaysian model is a commendable first step,
India has the opportunity to go much further.

proposal outlines features that would leapfrog existing global initiatives:
- Proactive Welfare Delivery:
- Rather than waiting for citizens to search for schemes, the AI will use Aadhaar
- and DigiLocker records (with explicit consent) to proactively identify schemes
- a citizen is eligible for and notify them instantly.
- "Ease of Living" Monitoring:
- By analyzing anonymized interaction data, the platform will act as a real-time
- monitor for governance, identifying exactly where administrative bottlenecks
- exist.
- Pan-Indian Multilingual Voice Support:
- An interactive 3D avatar capable of conversing in all major Indian languages,
- providing a "Sahastravdhani" capability to talk to thousands of citizens
- simultaneously.
- Continuous Learning:
- The platform will evolve by training on your latest speeches, writings, and
- government policies, ensuring it remains the most authentic digital extension
- of your vision.
As you have often said, "No matter what the world does with AI, it will remain
incomplete without India."
