Reimagining AI Education Together

As I reflect on the path toward immortality—not just of the body, but of ideas—I find myself constantly drawn to those who are shaping the minds that will inherit our future. One such visionary is Shruti Dhariwal, a doctoral researcher at the MIT Media Lab whose work is fundamental to how children will understand, master, and co-create with Artificial Intelligence.

From Engineering to Empowerment

Shruti Dhariwal began her journey with a firm foundation in Computer Science Engineering. Yet, she quickly recognized that the true power of technology lies not in the code itself, but in how it enables us to connect. Before her time at MIT, she was already impacting over 250,000 families through innovative game design, proving that technology is at its best when it facilitates joy and shared experience.

At the MIT Media Lab, alongside her collaborator Manuj Dhariwal, she has pushed these boundaries further. Together, they developed CoCo, a platform designed to shift the narrative around digital learning.
