As per data furnished by Central Ground Water Board, per person availability of groundwater in India has been /  will be ,  as follows (  Litres per Day ) :

*    1951……………… 14,180

*    1991……………..    6,030

*    2001…………….     5,120

*    2025…………..      3,670

*    2050…………….     3,120

What factors are responsible for this situation ?

What need to be done – and SUPER-FAST – to remedy this situation ?

How can we prevent those “ Water Wars “ ( so far , mostly at street level and to a lesser extent , at State levels ),  in the fast approaching summer of 2018 ?
