PM Shri Modiji wants India to become Atm – Nirbhar ( Self Reliant )

Even as Governments ( Central +States ) are preaching the industry / businesses on how to become self -reliant, here is a small village (Manyachiwadi in Maharashtra ) whose residents decided :

Ø  To break their dependence on the State Electric Supply for their requirement of power

Ø  To generate / distribute their own Solar power ( each solar unit costing no more than Rs 5700 )

Here is that story about how Manyachiwadi is about to totally cut the UMBILICAL CORD of the Electric Transmission Line – and start breathing on its own

Residents of Manyachiwadi were fed up with the black-outs and brown-outs

They have set an example to 7 LAKH villages of India
