health records /

The Union Health
Ministry has initiated digital registration of all medical facilities and doctors under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission
In a letter to State
Secretary and directors of health mission, the Health Ministry made it
MANDATORY for all its health facilities to participate in the mission
Accordingly, all
health facilities like,
# Hospitals,
# Clinics,
# Laboratories,
# Pharmacies,
# Radiology Centres etc.,
where ANY HEALTHCARE
FACILITY is provided, are requested to register for the Digital Mission, the
letter said
Under the
digitalization of Health Records Mission, Government hospitals are advised to procure :
Hospital Management
Information System ( HMIS ) software
The Centre has also
made available two solutions for the digitalization health records for the
hospitals :
Ø e-Hospital
by NIC (National Informatic Center)
Ø e-Sushrut by C-DAC
(Center for Development of Advanced Computing).
PM Narendra Modi had
launched the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission via
video-conferencing on September 27
Under the Mission,
every Indian will get a unique HEALTH ID that will also
work as a HEALTH ACCOUNT to which PERSONAL HEALTH RECORDS can be linked
The National Health Authority (NHA) has been entrusted with the task of
implementing this initiative

# Supply of Medicines
/ Medical Devices ( both preventive and curative )
# Delivery of Services
( Diagnostic
/ Nursing / Hospitalization )
# Pregnancy / Delivery related medicines / investigations / hospitalization
Prices for each / all of these must be fixed and published , not only on the
web
are getting delivered
Each eligible family member to be issued a “ Ayushman Card “ ( linked to
Aadhar ID )
Ayushman card will have inbuilt
memory capacity to store that person’s
health data from “ Cradle
to Grave “
( Privacy advocate need not worry ! )
All the Health Data of all 50 crore beneficiaries to be stored on a Central Server for BIG DATA analysis , in order to “ Predict “ WHO might become susceptible to WHICH ailment and WHEN
As an alternative, a GPS enabled /
NFC capable Smart Phone pre-loaded with AYUSHMAN
MOBILE APP , could be considered to replace the
card
Ayushman Eco System shall consist of :
The Ayushman Eco System shall be built around the BLOCK-CHAIN technology , which will be the main operating system for implementation of the AYUSHMAN PROCESSES , described in my following earlier blogs ( sent as emails to Cabinet Ministers / Niti Aayog )

Here is one more suggestion :
On 26 Aug 2021, Govt launched e-SHRAM portal for registration of Migrant
workers
As of yesterday ( 10 Nov 2021 ),
some 7,33,48,928 workers have registered in 106 days since launch ( ave of 6.92 lakh / day ) – with, as many as 12.82 lakh
registrations yesterday
92.35 % of those registered have a
monthly income of Rs 10,000 or less and 83.56 % have furnished details of their
Bank Accounts
As per e-SHRAM scheme, all registered
are entitled to :
Ayushman
Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY)
( Health coverage of
Rs. 5 lakhs per family / year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization
free of cost )
( although with many Eligibility
Conditions )
I urge you to consider
issuing to these workers, Ayushman
Bharat Health Record cards along with the e-SHRAM cards
