Almost everyone has some suggestion to offer but most shy away from
expressing themselves - quite often by
saying :
“
What’s the use of speaking up
? Who listens / reads /
cares ?
“
If you send hundreds of E Mails to the Policy Makers and do not receive ,
so much as an acknowledgement , it is natural to become a cynic !
But , “ giving up all hope “ , is easy
. To persist / persevere , is quite
difficult
I have chosen the difficult path and have sent following emails to
