GPT 4 can Auto-Generate Clones

" I'm not sure if Parekh's Law of Chatbots would be the best way to regulate AI. I think it might be better to focus on creating better algorithms and safeguards against rogue AI."

Geely, a Hangzhou, China-based electric vehicle (EV) maker, announced that it would launch its satellite constellation to support a new range of cars it recently launched. The vehicles will receive intelligent driving assistance directly from orbit.

In the U.S., Elon Musk has an EV-making company, a satellite-making, and a launching company that provides internet services. However, the products and services of these companies have not been integrated so far. China-based Geely might be onto something big that the likes of Tesla would probably like to build upon in the future.

According to the company, Geely established its space-focused arm dubbed Geespace in 2018 to build a satellite network providing autonomous driving solutions. By 2022, the company had finished a satellite building factory and put nine satellites in orbit. Now, Geely is stepping up its plans.

Last month, the company recently released its Yinhe or Galaxy line of electrified and fully electric cars. It has now set itself a target to launch a satellite constellation that will provide intelligent driving functionality for this line of vehicles.

As per the report, Geespace will put as many as 72 satellites into orbit by 2025, which is the project's first phase. Details of future phases have not been released for now.

The constellation will also tap into the Beidou navigation and positioning system, China's alternative to the GPS, to provide positioning services without blind spots.

The company claims the positioning system will be accurate down to a centimeter.

Considering the geopolitical conditions and the U.S. ban on technologies supplied to China, Geely will deploy self-developed chips, operating systems, cloud computing, and satellite networks while deploying its constellation.

Interestingly, the positioning system being used in the system is one-directional, and the satellite constellation does not collect data on the user's location.

Instead, it provides the necessary data so that the intelligent cockpit in the vehicle can determine its location, helping users maintain their privacy.

Unlike Tesla's use of mobile networks to download and stream content, the satellite constellation will not support content play-outs.

Instead, it will only support features that assist driving, such as lane-level navigation and automatic parking, among other features. The company intends to develop the technology further to deliver a fully autonomous driving system.

Geely also wants to tap into China's Tiantong-1 mobile communication satellites in geostationary orbit through this constellation. According to the company, the integration of aerospace, automobile, and the information and communication industry has become inevitable.

Ø  In this collection process , there will be NO HUMAN INTERVENTION whatsoever

 

Ø  Amount of TRANS-TAX to be collected every hour , will depend on it’s TRANSCORE

 

Ø  A vehicle’s TRANSCORE will be based on its total HQ [ Harm Quotient ] for that hour

 

Ø  Higher the total HQ [ TRANSCORE ] , higher the TRANS-TAX ( directly proportional )

 

Ø  Logic : To lower their TRANS-TAX liability , people will opt for vehicles and driving conditions which generate a low TRANSCORE

 

Ø  TRANS-TAX will replace all other vehicle-related taxes ( eg : Registration tax / Road Tax etc ) , other than the GST payable by buyer at time of purchase of vehicle

 

Ø  TRANS-TAX will be uniform throughout India but credited to the State in which vehicle is, at each hour of its life

 

Ø  TRANS-TAX will be computed as per following HQ  MATRIX . For exact mechanism , look up para on

Minister of State for Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Thursday held the first ever consultation on the proposed Digital India Act and discussed rules to handle data captured by invasive gadgets like spy glasses 


Chandrasekhar said that the legislation has to be in place for the next 10 years to catalyse the innovation eco-system ,
protect consumers , be future-proof and future-ready

"I have put down many points. What should be the law's response to invasive devices like these camera eye glasses ? When somebody with a camera item walks into a room and starts filming you, how should the law deal with that ? “ , Chandrasekhar asked

 “ Can any law ever deal with the threat to personal privacy, likely to be caused by INVASIVE DEVICES ? “

Devices which are :

 

Ø  Extremely tiny ( size of a speck of dust and millions floating in the air )

Ø  Wearable ( not just smart watches / AR-VR glasses / skin-thin sensor-embedded tattoos / contact lenses / but, before long, sensors embedded under your skin or in your brain, ala Neuralink )

Ø  Each and every appliance found in a home ( or in every public place – not merely millions of CCTV )

Ø  Each and every SCREEN ( watch-mobile-tablet-laptop-desktop-TV – hoardings on roads )

Ø  Alexa – Siri – Google Assistant etc

Ø  Photo-frames hanging from your home-walls / domestic appliances – furniture – solar panels - toys

Ø  Anything you can think of

And ,

 

Ø  Most of these devices do NOT requiring any power source ( such as a tiny battery )

 

And,

 

Ø  All of these devices connected to Internet and capable of collecting / compiling CONTENT / DATA ( SoundVisionSmellTasteTouch ), from their immediate environment and relaying to number of computer-servers – billions of times every day – thereby adding “ knowledge / wisdom ? – Thinking Power to AI like GPT 4  / BARD / LamDA etc . in a geometric progression ( Internet of Everything – accelerating to SINGULARITY or TRANS-HUMANISM ? )
