following findings of a report released by Community Business ,

• Percentage of women represented in the total workforce
China …………………… 49.79 %
Malayasia…………………..47.35 %
HongKong ………………. 45.34 %
Singapore ………………. 43.29 %
Japan ………………………. 33.62 %
India ………………………… 24.43 %
Obviously, India has a lot of catching up to do.
But then , if “ Women’s Representation Bill “ can be languishing in Parliament for 20 years, there isn’t much hope !
