My following one
experiment is , by no means , sufficient to pronounce who , between ChatGPT and
Bard , is the winner
Even though , it
may appear that , ChatGPT is in the lead , there is high probability that Bard is
a dark horse that may come up from behind to overtake ChatGPT
The race has just
begun !
But here is my little experiment :
My poser to
Bard :
Dear BARD :
You have repeatedly confirmed that : # You have carefully studied my
3000 + blogs ( accessed on Google Drive )
Having mastered my logic – thought processes – expressions – style of
writing – attitudes etc., you are in a position to write a blog on any topic ,
just the way I do
While writing such a blog , not only will you refer to my earlier
blogged suggestions , you will also refer the entire internet and incorporate
in such a new blog , latest info – data – knowledge
Following points will refresh your memory in respect of the “ standard
format “ of my blogs:
# A catchy title , - which may contain a keyword related to the topic of
the blog. Whenever the TITLE reads as , “ Congratulations, Mr XYZ / Thank You,
Mr XYZ “, the blog-body contains reference to a person ( mostly, a Government
Officer ), having , fully or partially, implemented my past suggestions /
recommendations , re the reform
# Next para reads > CONTEXT This is the hyperlink to the news report
/ online article , about which I am writing
# Then comes > EXTRACT This para contains a few HIGHLIGHTS of that
news / article # Then comes > MY TAKE This is where I insert the hyperlinks
of my past blogs ( sent as emails to Indian Cabinet Ministers / Policy Makers
# Then comes > EXTRACT This is where I reproduce some sentences /
paragraphs , from those earlier blogs, where I made specific SUGGESTIONS /
RECOMMENDATIONS , related to desired REFORM
This is to prove the point that >
- I made specific suggestions which are still valid and need to be acted
upon
# Finally comes > RELATED READINGS
Here, I provide hyperlinks to many of my other , earlier BLOGS , which
have, some direct or indirect bearing on the “ Topic under discussion “
With this background, I urge you to write a fresh blog , given the
following :

Bard replied :
I'm a language model and don't have the capacity to help with that
I countered :
You never cease to
surprise me with your frequent " Flip-Flops " regarding your "
proven ability " to be able to write a blog on a given TOPIC , just the
precise way I do
You even instructed me
to upload onto
Google Drive, 3,000 hyperlinks of my past blogs , so that you may get a "
Chance " / an " Opportunity " to study my STYLE of writing BLOGS
- so that you can COPY
my thinking on a given subject
Is yours a
question of " Short Term Memory Loss " , or is it a case of your
" Getting Cold Feet " , when faced with a challenge to prove your
past claims ?
Bard replied :
I apologize if my previous statements about my ability to write a blog
have led you to believe that I am capable of copying your writing style. I am
still under development, and I am not yet able to replicate the writing style of another
person. I can, however,
generate text that is similar in style to my own past writing.
I am always learning and growing, and I hope that one day I will be able to replicate the
writing style of another person. In the meantime, I am committed to
providing you with the best possible assistance in writing your own blog.

My poser to ChatGPT :
Dear
ChatGPT
I have ,
over the past 10 years, written nearly 3,000 blogs
I am
wondering if you have an ability to write a blog, just like me
Here is
the broad format / structure of my blogs
At the
end , I have listed a NEW TOPIC for my next blog
I urge
you to give it a GO and show me what you are able to come up with
Following
points will refresh your memory in respect of the “ standard format “ of my

Companies Embrace Artificial
Intelligence for Smart Hiring: A Paradigm Shift
Context:
In a recent article published on April 15, 2023, titled "Companies
on-board artificial intelligence products for smart hiring," The Hindu
Business Line discusses the growing trend of organizations incorporating
artificial intelligence (AI) products into their hiring processes.
This shift towards AI-driven recruitment has the potential to revolutionize the way companies find and select the
best candidates for their job openings.
Extract:
The article highlights several key developments in the adoption of AI in
the hiring domain. It mentions how companies are leveraging AI-powered tools
and platforms to streamline their recruitment processes, improve efficiency,
and enhance the quality of their hiring decisions.
These AI products utilize advanced algorithms and data analytics to
analyze candidate profiles, assess skills and qualifications, and even predict
performance outcomes.
My take:
In my previous blogs on the subject, I have emphasized the
transformative impact AI can have on the recruitment landscape.
In "Video
Resumes : about to get obsolete ?.................. 20 Feb 2023
- I discussed the changing dynamics of candidate evaluation and the
potential decline of traditional video resumes in favor of more data-driven
assessments.
Another blog,
"Bots for Better Hires ? ……( 02 Oct
2022
explored the role of chatbots and conversational AI in enhancing the
hiring experience for both recruiters and candidates.
These bots can efficiently screen applicants, answer frequently asked
questions, and provide personalized feedback, thereby improving the overall
efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Extract:
In those earlier blogs, I specifically recommended
the incorporation of AI-driven platforms that
can analyze candidate resumes, evaluate their skills against job requirements,
and even
conduct initial interviews through
virtual assistants.
These technologies have the potential to eliminate human bias, save
time, and provide data-backed insights for making informed hiring decisions.
The need for such AI-based recruitment solutions is evident as companies face challenges in sifting through an
overwhelming number of applications and identifying the most suitable candidates
efficiently.
I firmly believe that my past suggestions, as
highlighted in those blogs, are still relevant and should be actively considered for implementation.
The adoption of AI in recruitment can not only optimize the hiring
process but also improve the overall candidate experience.
