street ( despite thousands living in your street ). Nor people peeping from
their windows or sitting on their building terraces
It is same situation in hundreds of cities / towns /
villages around the world
Reason ?
Prime Ministers / Presidents of many countries have
declared LOCKDOWN to fight the Corona Virus and save their citizen
But some Prime Ministers / Presidents are refusing to
admit the threat ( at least, as of today ) . According to their “ Knowledge –
Understanding – Perception “, the probability of millions dying due to Corona ,
is very low ( nothing worse than people dying from many other diseases )
May be, they compare the probability of risk to lives
due Corona , as no worse than due to potential natural causes like an Asteroid
strike / Super volcano eruption / Tsunami etc
They are extrapolating their “ accumulated past wisdom “ to predict the unknown future
But their “ human wisdom “ is unable to envisage a future where :
Ø Past
is no guide to future [ neither for a person, nor for a nation , nor for the
World ]
Ø Law
of “Cause and Effect “ ceases to operate, viz: Events happening without Causes
Ø Artificial
Intelligence is not “ Reacting “ to future but capable of “ Scripting “ future
Ø Brain
Computer Interfaces ( BCI ) do not wait for Prime Ministers / Presidents to
determine the human course of “ Thought

Action( कर्म ) “
in face of calamities but dictate that, having reached ,
