Confused about CENSUS - NPR - NRC ?



I am 

Notwithstanding the following tabulation that I tried to construct , using various sources

I could not find the " Data Fields " that are required for NRC 

I urge our Home Minister, Shri Amitbhai Shah , to get this tabulation completed and then publish it in all the News Papers / Social Media web sites / all Central Govt web sites

Such a COMPARATIVE TABULATION will remove all doubts / anxiety from the minds of the citizens re ACTUAL PURPOSE of each of these exercises 

It will also lay down the LOGIC behind collecting / compiling some fields of COMMON DATA , again and again

	If the government has Census than why does it need NPR ?		NPR data helps identify the demographics of actual residents who will be direct beneficiaries of any schemes launched in the area.
	WHO IS USUAL RESIDENT OF INDIA		a person who has resided in a local area for the past six months or more, or a person who intends to reside in that area for the next six months.
	WHO WILL CONDUCT ?		Registrar General and ex-Officio Census Commissioner, India.
	Method	33 lakh enumerators will visit homes and fill up data , using a Mobile App	Individuals to download and use a Mobile App ?	Citizens to fill up a paper form ?
