Recently, I found myself reviewing the output from Blog Genie V1.0, a tool Sanjivani has been diligently working with. It's truly fascinating to see how far we've come in automating content creation, yet it also reminds us that the human touch, especially in presentation, remains crucial. While the content generated was strong, I noticed a recurring issue with blog titles being identical or sometimes excessively long, requiring truncation. I shared with Sanjivani the importance of short, impactful titles—fewer than seven words often hit the mark best.
More than just titles, I emphasized the overall 'LOOKS' of a blog. A compelling message can lose its impact if it's buried in dense, unreadable text. I suggested greater paragraphing, usually no more than three or four sentences per paragraph, to improve readability. This isn't a new thought for me; I've consistently advocated for making digital content not just informative, but also aesthetically pleasing and easy to digest.
In fact, years ago, I shared insights on this very topic, highlighting that even outstanding content needs good presentation to be read, shared, or bookmarked. I recall forwarding an article from Zeke Camusio, President of DigitalAptitude.com (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/zekecamusio, Email: zeke@dataspeaks.ai), about '11 WordPress Techniques for Pretty Posts that Pack a Punch' to Sanjivani and Kailas (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kailastare, Email: kailas.tare@notified.com) 11 WordPress Techniques for Pretty Posts that Pack a Punch. The core idea I wanted to convey then, and still do today, is that if a post is 'ugly, poorly spaced, and awkwardly formatted,' it simply won't resonate. Now, seeing how we refine the outputs of Blog Genie V1.0 Performance of Blog Genie V1.0, it's striking how relevant those earlier insights still are. I feel a sense of validation and also a renewed urgency to ensure these principles are ingrained in our automated processes.
I'm pleased that Kishan (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kishanspatel, Email: kishan@enjoyevervibe.com) will be taking the lead on implementing these cosmetic improvements, alongside the automatic uploading of blogs to platforms like Personal.ai and LinkedIn, after September 7th, as discussed in the Blog Genie revamp Blog Genie revamp. This integration of thoughtful presentation with efficient automation is vital. It's about ensuring our digital voice isn't just heard, but also seen and absorbed, making every piece of content we put out truly compelling.
