Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

WHAT WOULD YOU DO

5 June 2010

WHAT WOULD YOU DO

If you are a HR Manager

And have no time to sort through hundreds of Irrelevant resumes presented to you during resume-search on all jobsites and even less time to read through thousands of pages of poorly written 'fiction' (faked/ fudged resumes)

I suppose you would want a Recruitment Software which would
  • Read / Rate / Rank and arrange those resumes in the descending order of  relevance
You would want " Resume  Rater "

Just head for Google.

VENTURESOME

VENTURESOME

How come some jobseekers are more venturesome than the others ?

For example the following executives who blasted their resumes from
                          www.CustomizeResume.com

·                  Rajesh Ramamoorthy………………………..83

·                  Prashant Sahay………………………………….56

·                  Manish Patel……………………………………….44

·                  Goutam Mukherjee…………………………….42

The numbers against their names indicate the no. of times their resumes got viewed by Recruitment Managers ( look-up  Latest Resumes ).

I suspect each of them received at least 5 interview calls !

For once, it is easy to  Market Yourself.

And absolutely FREE.

COMPROMISE JOB

COMPROMISE JOB

There are no" dream " jobs.

Only " compromise " jobs.

Just as there are no " ideal " candidates.

But plenty of " suitable " candidates.

And a " reasonable " place to find both is

(- there are no “ best “ places !)

Jobseekers and Recruiters must learn to take a chance!

explore !

Sure,' Resume Rater ' can, within a matter of minutes,

Ø     ' rate ' resumes

Ø     assign a ' Score ' to each

Ø     then display these resumes in the descending order of ' Scores ' ( - with the best resumes on TOP )

Vastly simplifies a Recruitment Manager's life.

But can ' Resume Rater '

Ø     ' rate ' job advertisements ?

Ø     ' Score ' these ?

Ø     display these advertisements in the descending order of ' Scores ' ?

Can ' Rating Algorithm '  work equally well on any set of ' Document – Category ' ?  I have not tried this. But it is an intriguing idea !

Jobseekers may want to try and rate job-advts to find the best jobs. Will save them a lot of time during job search.

To download this software ( - free and without login ), all they have to do is to type in Google, " Resume  Rater " – then click " I'm Feeling Lucky ".

One needs to explore to seek–out luck !

Resume Rater

Recruitment Managers do not need more resumes. They have enough on their hard disks to fill the next 1000 vacancies !
If only , these resumes were to be ” searchable “.
What recruiters need is a ” Resume Search Engine ” aka
” Resume Rater “.
When processed using ” Resume Rater “, these thousands of unsearchable text resumes lying in hundreds of files and folders on your harddisk, get
o Rated……………. ( score-wise )
o Organized…….. ( Function / skill wise )
o Meaningful……. ( for which vacancy ? )
o Searchable……. ( a matter of seconds )
No wonder 2173 copies of ” Resume Rater ” recruitment software have been downloaded from
http://www.download.com
- which ranks ” Resume Rater ” # 65 out of some 860 Database Management Softwares.
It is free and no need to even register !
