Virtual Legislatures Not Quite There

 

Reading about Himachal Pradesh Assembly's digital transition reminds me of my blog post from 2022, where I discussed the concept of a 'smart' legislator and the shift towards paperless functioning in legislative bodies.

 

The NeVA project aligns with the vision I presented, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive data depository and electronic flow of information for efficient governance.

 

Call to Action:

 

To all state legislative bodies and policymakers, embrace digital transformation initiatives like the NeVA project to enhance efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder engagement in governance. Let's collaborate towards a future where technology drives seamless legislative processes for the benefit of all stakeholders.

 LOOKING AT ALL THE CHAOS AND ABUSING / MUD-SLINGING WHICH IS GOING ON IN , BOTH, RAJYA SABHA AND THE LOK SABHA, OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS, I STRONGLY URGE MY FELLOW CITIZEN TO RAISE THEIR VOICE IN FAVOUR OF A VIRTUAL PARLIAMENT , WHERE THE LEGISLATORS CAN PARTICIPATE REMOTELY / DIGITALLY , FROM THEIR HOMES . AN “ AI SPEAKER AGENT “ WILL MONITOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE VIRTUAL MPS ( 3 D VOLUMETRIC HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTIONS OF ALL 542 MEMBERS )
