Respected Sir,
I write to you not merely as a
citizen but as someone who has, over the past decade, chronicled and proposed
numerous forward-looking solutions for India’s transition to solar energy.
Enclosed with this letter are my responses to each of the 28 project areas
outlined in the Government’s call for proposals dated 09 June 2025.
Rather than reiterate theory, I
