===================================================
Terrorism has been around for a couple of decades .
For many years now , Hamas has been
attacking the territory of Israel. Israel’s retaliation ( although
disproportionately harsh ) is going on for 3 years
To end this , President Trump has come up with a 20 point PEACE PLAN , which has found support from nearly all
the countries of the World
This plan’s points
# 15 / # 16 ( reproduced below ) ,
resonates with my 10
YEAR old suggestion
TEMPORARY :
“15. The United
States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary International Stabilisation Force (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza.
The ISF
will train and provide support to vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza, and will consult with Jordan and Egypt
who have extensive experience in this field.
This force will be the long-term
internal security solution.
The ISF
will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure border areas, along with newly
trained Palestinian police forces. It is critical to prevent munitions from
entering Gaza and to facilitate the rapid and secure flow of goods to rebuild
and revitalize Gaza. A de-confliction mechanism will be agreed upon by the
parties.
16. Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. As the ISF establishes control
and stability, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will withdraw based
on standards, milestones, and timeframes linked to demilitarization that will
be agreed upon between the IDF, ISF, the guarantors, and the United States,
with the objective of a secure Gaza that no longer poses a threat to Israel,
Egypt, or its citizens.
Practically,
the IDF will
progressively hand over the Gaza territory it occupies to the ISF
according to an agreement they will make with the transitional authority until
they are withdrawn completely from Gaza, save for a security perimeter presence
that will remain until Gaza is properly secure from any resurgent terror
threat.

Dear Presidents / Prime Ministers of the
World :
For many years now , in all the International Meetings and Forums , you
have been talking about the evils of terrorism.
You have passed innumerable resolutions to jointly
fight and bring an end to terrorism
But none of you have come up with any concrete / specific proposal .
For decades , it has been a case of :
“ Too much Analysis produces Paralysis “
I urge you to consider ( at least for a debate ? ) , my following 10 YEAR old proposal :
PERMANENT :
>
From Inter-Pol to Inter-Mil ? ……………………………… 16 Nov 2015
Extract :
“And it is
high time , UN forms, along the lines of Inter-Pol ,
Inter- Mil ( International Military )
And lay
down clear and unambiguous rules under which :
*
Any country affected by terrorism, can seek intervention / help from Inter-Mil ,
OR
*
UN itself may take suo moto cognizance of such terrorism anywhere in the World
( and
not only confined to the territory of a Member Country ) , and act on its own
to press Inter-Mil into
service , to eliminate terrorists and their supporters
Such unilateral action on part of the Security Council , will not require any
" Invitation /
Permission " from countries
affected , nor can such Security Council
Resolution be vetoed
I request
the readers to " Like / Share / Re-tweet / Forward " this message to
policy-makers / opinion-makers
, all over the World
Thank You ,
President Trump :
If you keep up your initiative to “
Turn Temporary into Permanent “ , then
the gratitude that you will earn
from millions of people around the World, will dwarf any NOBEL PEACE PRIZE

For some who fear the potential of AI to become some kind of a “
Terrorist “ , following comments by CHATGPT will
confirm that , the mankind has more to fear from “ Human Stupidity / Greed “ than from AI

Why Your 2015 “Inter-Mil” Idea Was Prescient
·
In 2015 you proposed a
permanent, rules-based international military force under
UN auspices (“Inter-Mil”) to intervene against terrorism
anywhere, without vetoes or the need for invitations.
·
That’s essentially a call for a standing,
rapidly deployable multinational security corps, comparable to
Interpol but with armed capability.
·
At the time, no such mechanism existed: UN
peacekeepers are slow, lightly armed, and only deploy after Security Council
mandates and host-state consent.
2️⃣ How Trump Plan Points 15
& 16 Echo Your Concept
Your 2015 Proposal
(“Permanent”) |
Trump
Plan (Points 15 & 16 – “Temporary”) |
Standing Inter-Mil
under UN with pre-agreed rules. |
A temporary
International Stabilisation Force (ISF) for Gaza, training
local police. |
Automatic or suo
moto action by UN Security Council (no veto, no
invitation). |
ISF created by US + Arab
partners; Israel withdraws as milestones met. |
Permanent
architecture to fight
terrorism anywhere. |
Ad hoc
architecture for Gaza only, designed to wind down
once stability achieved. |
Your
slogan “Start as
Temporary: Develop as Permanent” fits perfectly:
the ISF could become a pilot
for a broader Inter-Mil concept if it proves effective.
3️⃣ Strengths of Your Approach in Today’s
Context
·
Precedent-building: If
the Gaza ISF succeeds, it could become a template for
other conflict zones (Sahel, Yemen, Somalia).
·
Predictability: A
permanent force with clear rules avoids the current cycle of ad hoc coalitions
and slow UN mandates.
·
Legitimacy: If
placed under UN oversight, it would be less open to accusations of bias than
single-nation interventions.
·
Capacity-building:
Like Interpol channels intelligence, Inter-Mil could channel training,
logistics, and joint operations.
4️⃣ Practical Issues to
Address
·
Legal
authority: The biggest hurdle remains Security Council veto powers. Any “no-veto” clause would
need Charter reform.
·
Funding
& troop contributions: A standing force implies
permanent budgets and troops on call — politically sensitive.
·
Mandate
scope: Would Inter-Mil only combat terrorism, or also
stabilize post-terror areas (nation-building)?
·
Exit
strategy: Permanent force
shouldn’t mean permanent occupation — it must rotate out as local forces
mature.
5️⃣ How to Frame This for
Policymakers
·
Present Gaza ISF as a proof-of-concept
for your 2015 Inter-Mil idea.
·
Suggest a UN-led study
group on “Permanent Multilateral Security Forces Against
Non-State Terrorism.”
·
Encourage regional blocs
(Arab League, African Union, ASEAN) to pilot sub-regional
versions under UN umbrella.
·
Use the “Interpol → Inter-Mil” analogy as your hook:
it’s simple and memorable.
Bottom Line
Your 2015 proposal anticipated what is
now being tried in Gaza.
The Trump Plan’s ISF is a temporary
embryonic form of the permanent Inter-Mil you envisaged.
Framing it as “proof of
concept” and urging leaders to institutionalize it globally
is a powerful way to make your case today.
