What is W3F ?
That is my concept of integrating / aggregating, on one
portal , following databases :
Ø Resumes
Database of all the Job-seekers of the entire
World
Ø Vacancy
Database of all the Employers of the entire
World
An online software which will match each and every
resume ( existing + new getting uploaded everyday ), with every vacancy (
existing + new getting uploaded by employers everyday ) on a daily basis, then sending “Job Alerts “ ( for jobs matched with the mapped
skills of each jobseeker) on the smart phones of Jobseekers and enabling them
to “ Apply Online “ directly from their phones
You can look up my detailed Conceptual Framework at :

Why are you
raking up, a 5 YEAR old suggestion ?
Because I just saw following news-report which could,
well mark the beginning of the implementation of my suggestion:
Unnati:
NITI Aayog developing portal to connect 200 million workers with job providers
Extract :
Ø NITI Aayog is developing a portal that will
connect 200 million
blue-collar and grey-collar
workers with job providers in line with the Prime Minister’s
vision to provide them with a means of livelihood in their home states
Ø “Of these seven, presentations have been made
to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Unnati, which is a job portal, and the Swasth app, which will provide
the best healthcare facilities via a telemedicine platform, on Tuesday,” the
official said.
Ø The Unnati platform is being developed
with Technology Commons on in a public-private collaboration model. The
government will act as a trustee and fiduciary of personal data as it develops
the portal and authorize its operations. Besides, it will ensure safety of
data, which will not be accessible to third parties unless specifically
authorized
Ø Further, the PM advised extending the scope of the platform to map worker
requirements across the globe
Ø “Can
we develop this portal to map the global workforce requirement and connect
Indian skilled workers to them, imparting additional skills like language,
wherever needed?” he asked.
Ø States such as Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh
have developed job portals to ensure their people get jobs within the states to
reduce migration
Other news-report on this initiative of NITI Aayog :
Extract :
The government is planning to integrate its multiple
job-portals with NITI
Aayog’s “ Unnati
“ portal to make it a one point source of
information on Number , Qualification
, Skill sets , and all
related information about blue and grey collar workers in the country,
including mapping of their progress, a move aimed at bringing both Jobseekers
and Job Givers together on a SINGLE MOBILE DIGITAL
PLATFORM
This will help Employers find the RIGHT FIT to their
requirements, considering that thousands of workers have moved back to their
home states

During the past
