But You have Promises to Keep

In a few days , NDA government will complete 2 years in power

While  fighting elections in 2014 , BJP had released a Poll Manifesto , in which , it had made promises for many REFORMS , if voted to power

Now , Shri Modiji has asked all of his Ministers to go to their respective constituencies and make the citizens aware of the NDA achievements during past 2 years

They would have been better prepared , had they known in advance , actual  " Perception " of the people , through a Mobile App ( to be called : RUN  = Rate  Us  Now ), based SURVEY of 800 million voters , asking :

 " How much ( % age ) of the promises that we made in our POLL MANIFESTO , do you think we have delivered by now ? "

Without waiting for that Mobile App , following are my estimates  :

*  Insulate Intelligence Agencies from political intervention ............  20 %

   

*  Strengthening Physical Infrastructure ....................................... 30 %

*  Expediting work on Freight and Industrial Corridors..................... 25 %

*  Setting up Gas-Grids ..............................................................  5 %

*  Optical Fiber Network up to the village level....... ....................... 40 %

   

*  Quadrilateral project for Bullet Trains.....................................    10  %   

*  Establishment of National  " E - Library " ...................................  5 %  

*  Implementation of National Education Policy .. ........................... 10 %

*  Evolving further the PPP model to PPPP model ...........................  65 %

*  Building 100 Mega-Cities.........................................................   10 %

It is still not late

Using Google Form or SurveyMonkey , it will take just a FEW HOURS to launch such a SURVEY and get some genuine / authentic FEEDBACK , without depending upon ( dubious ) " Sample Surveys " of newspapers and TV channels

Yours will be the FIRST government to use BIG DATA analytics for such a referendum ( call it IND-EXIST = India Exists ! )
