invited comments from all stakeholders re: “ How to Regulate Frontier LLMs “
But it is no more an issue which is confined to “ Frontier LLMs “
It is an all-encompassing issue which involves millions of “ AI
AGENTS “ , literally
swarming over billions of “ Internet connected Devices “ ( some 30 BILLION as per expert estimates ) !

We have no time for ( most ) countries of the World to come together and
launch my 2023 suggested :

AI Certification Authority (IACA).
Even as critiques will fault you for slowing down the pace of
development of India’s own SOVEREIGN LLMs, I urge you to convert that
consultation paper into a GOVERNMENT MANDATE , right away before further damage
is done
