By mobilizing a task force to specifically listen to and connect with Gen Z, the party acknowledges a reality I have often reflected upon: the youth are not just passive recipients of policy; they are active, critical voices demanding direct engagement.

The initiative, which involves deploying 45 leaders to bridge the gap between grassroots realities and political strategy, aims to move beyond traditional campaigning. The goal is clear: to foster authentic dialogues about employment, technology, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy.
