• Joseph Francois, Secretary of State for Lands, Housing and Infrastructure, signed on behalf of the Government of Seychelles.
• Pradeep Sharma (p.sharma@nbccindia.com), Executive Director of NBCC (India) Limited, who is overseeing the planning and execution of this ambitious project.

Looking Ahead

By 2029, these 1,008 units—comprising two- and three-bedroom apartments—will provide security and comfort to many. This project is part of a wider master plan that envisions schools, commercial hubs, and recreational spaces, ensuring that we are not just building homes, but fostering complete, vibrant communities.
