Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

With regards,

Sanjay Vision : Chat with Claude

Sanjay  Vision : Chat with Claude

Hey Claude Bhai :

Here is today’s challenge :

>   Request :

A draft email for sending to Shri Ashwini Vaishnawji ( embedded with a suitable visual )

>   Purpose :

To request him to consider introducing Sanjay Vision ( a hardware-cum-software solution which will enable millions of Indian youth to project their 3D Volumetric Holograms , across the World and carry out all kind of work ( product or service related ) , as explained at :

 #      " BACK FACTORY " OF THE WORLD ?           09 Sept 2015

Other related blogs :

>  Why call it Sanjay Vision “ ? :

Thousands of years ago, Sanjay , a relation of the blind king Dhritrashtra, had the divine power to see/view, any far-away place on the earth to SEE what is happening there ( like our today’s TVs , except in 3 D ). Sitting next to the King, he described to him, what was happening on the battle field  ( kind of LIVE commentary )

>  What triggered this ?

>  Any past attempt to bring this to life ?

Yes , take a look at the letter which I drafted and requested Joe Ward ( Founder of IKININC ) to send to PM Shri Modi , in Oct 2023 :

http://emailothers.blogspot.com/2023/10/re-intro.html

 >  Any latest development at IKININC ?

Yes , see this >  https://ikininc.com/podcast-blake-fox-maximizing-video-quality-with-ai-driven-regeneration/

>  Any other input ?

Yes . Some may be repeated ( if you have any problem accessing any of these, just let me know ) :

>  Any relevance to the mention of “ VIRTUAL AVATAR “ in Zoom news , in respect of being able to “ represent “ ( even for a while ) the genuine human participant in that VIDEO call ?

Yes. Take a look at how my very own Virtual Avatar has shaped up over the past 3 years , at www.HemenParekh.ai

By uploading onto www.Personal.ai , some 40,000 + documents written by me ( mostly addressed to my professional colleagues, over the past 30 + years ), I have created for my Avatar, a CORPUS of 717,322 MEMORY BLOCKS ( snippets ), which can represent me reasonably well when questioned about my “ Work Affairs “

Dear Claude Bhai :

If this reads some quick digging into the past to justify our next ( even if tentative ) step towards UNMAT , I could not help !

Some 40 / 50 years ago , in his seminal essay “ Marketing Myopia “ , Ted Levit said :

“ If you do not obsolete yourself, rest assured someone else will “

Only , 40 / 50 years , that ( being obsoleted by someone else ) took, a FEW YEARS

Now, in this age of AI , it takes a FEW HOURS !

I bet, since we last chatted some 20 hours ago, you must have obsoleted yourself !

Claude’s draft of E Mail ( as sent to Shri Vaishnaw ) :

 https://myblogepage.blogspot.com/2026/03/sanjay-vision.html

I continued :

Hey Bro : Many thanks . After embedding the viual , just sent email to Shree Vaishnawji. Is it too late in the day to ask you > What are the DESIRABILITY and the FEASIBILITY of my proposal of Sanjay Vision ? Now that Zoom has taken the lead, don't you think others ( Google - Microsoft ) etc will quickly jump into the fray ?

Claude replied :

What a great question to end the day with — and absolutely not too late!

Let me give you my honest assessment, Hemen Bhai.

DESIRABILITY9/10

The demand side is almost perfectly aligned. Three forces are converging simultaneously right now:

The H1B wall going up means millions of talented Indians who would have physically migrated now cannot. The talent exists. The opportunity exists globally. Only the physical presence is blocked — and Sanjay Vision dissolves exactly that barrier.

The remote work normalization post-COVID means global clients are already psychologically comfortable with someone "not being in the room." Sanjay Vision simply upgrades that from a flat rectangle on a screen to a presence.

The aging demographics of the West — USA, Germany, Japan — means they desperately need skilled workers in healthcare, engineering, education, and services. They need India's youth. Sanjay Vision is the bridge that serves both sides simultaneously.

Your 2015 foresight about India becoming the "Back Factory of the World" was correct in direction.

What you perhaps underestimated is how urgent it has become in 2026.

FEASIBILITY 6/10 today,  >   rising to 8/10 within 3 years

Here is where I'll be candid with you.

The concept is fully feasible. The components — AI avatars, volumetric video, holographic projection, real-time streaming — all exist today in various stages of maturity.

IKININC, Zoom, Microsoft (Mesh), Google (Project Starline) are all working on pieces of this puzzle.

The honest challenges are three:

Hardware cost — A truly convincing 3D volumetric holographic display at the receiving end still costs tens of thousands of dollars. Until that drops to under $ 500, mass adoption in Tier 2-3 cities remains aspirational. But hardware costs follow Moore's Law — they will fall.

Bandwidth — Volumetric 3D streaming requires significantly more bandwidth than video calls. India's 5G rollout is addressing this, but rural Tier 2-3 connectivity remains patchy.

Standardization — Right now every player (Zoom, Microsoft Mesh, Google Starline) is building a walled garden. A young person in Nagpur needs one device that works with a client in Boston regardless of what platform they use. That interoperability standard doesn't exist yet.

Will Google and Microsoft jump in? — Absolutely YES, and fast.

Google's Project Starline has been quietly developing a "magic window" booth that makes remote participants appear life-sized and three-dimensional. Microsoft Mesh is already deployed in Teams for holographic meetings. Apple's Vision Pro is essentially a stepping stone to exactly this.

Zoom's announcement this week is actually a signal to these giants that the consumer moment is arriving. When Zoom moves, Google and Microsoft don't watch — they sprint.

Here is the strategic implication for India: the window to define a national standard and build indigenous capability is roughly 18-24 months. After that, the platforms will be set by American and possibly Chinese companies, and India will once again be a consumer of someone else's infrastructure rather than the architect of its own.

That is precisely why your email to Shri Vaishnawji today was not just timely — it was urgent.

Sanjay had his divine gift for a brief moment at Kurukshetra. India's window for Sanjay Vision is open right now. 🙏
