I write to you at a moment when global events are handing India a rare, time-

sensitive gift — and I request your 10 minutes to consider a technology platform

On 10 March 2026, Zoom announced photorealistic AI Avatars — digital

 representations of a person that can attend meetings, speak, and work, even

 when the human is unavailable. 

Within the same week, Washington imposed $100,000-per-year fees on each H1B

visa — effectively closing that door to millions of talented Indian professionals.

 

These two news items, read together, open a door larger than the one being shut.

INTRODUCING — SANJAY VISION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You will recall Sanjay — the gifted narrator in the Mahabharata who, seated beside

 the blind King Dhritarashtra, described in vivid, real-time detail, every event

 unfolding on the distant battlefield of Kurukshetra. He did not travel there. He did

 not need to. He was *present* — through the divine gift of remote vision.

"Sanjay Vision" is a hardware-cum-software platform that gives that same power

 to modern India's youth:

• Any young Indian — in Nashik, Nagpur, Navsari, or Nanded — equips herself with

  a compact device

• Her photorealistic 3D Volumetric Hologram is projected, in real time, at a client's

  boardroom in Boston, a factory floor in Frankfurt, or a hospital in Houston

• She works — consults, designs, teaches, operates, sells — as if physically

  present, without a visa, without a flight ticket, without leaving India

I first articulated this vision in a blog titled "Back Factory of the World?" in

 September 2015 — more than a decade ago. The concept has since been further

 developed through conversations with IKININC (founded by Joe Ward), whose AI-

driven video regeneration and holographic streaming technology is among the

 most advanced globally in this space.

A letter which I drafted for Joe Ward for sending to Shri Narendra Modiji in October

2023 outlined a similar request for governmental support:

This  is not merely an IT product. It is infrastructure. Holographic presence

infrastructure, for the next generation of India's knowledge workers.

  for Indian remote workers

2. Consider inviting IKININC and Indian technology partners for a joint 

   demonstration

3. Explore a national "Sanjay Vision" pilot — targeting 10,000 youth in Tier 2 and

   Tier 3 cities within 18 months
